Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in
maintaining building utility systems, such as electrical wiring
and control systems, heating, ventilating, water supply, steam
generating, and related pipe systems. Performs other duties as
described under Supervisor (any industry) Masetr Title. May
compile reports of cost of completed work. May inpsect systems
to determine preventative maintenance needs. May supervise
workers engaged in maintaining and repiaring processing
equipment and machinery [Maintenance-Mechanic Supervisor (any
industry) 638.131-022]. May supervise workers engaged in
maintaining buildings and grounds.
